★★★★★“I don’t have any photos from my stay but I was very impressed overall. I traveled with my two children (ages 5 and 10) and stayed in a family room with shared bathrooms. The room had a loft-style layout with one double bed upstairs and one single bed downstairs. It was equipped with a TV and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a shared kitchen which was very convenient. The shared bathrooms were occasionally a bit dirty during busy hours but overall they were acceptable. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the male staff member. He was very friendly professional and always willing to help whenever we had questions. His outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.”

The female staff was really helpful and assisted me with the RSVP and payment. They use an app for each branch, and I found it quite easy and user-friendly. The location is very convenient, with Jalan Besar MRT nearby, plus a market and plenty of food stalls around the area. The place also has a shared kitchen where you can cook or have your meals. My room was just enough for one person, with a private bathroom, and having lift access was definitely a plus. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option for solo travelers. Thanks for the help!”

★★★★★“The location is very accessible, as it’s right opposite Jalan Besar MRT. There’s also a nearby bus stop and Bugis is within walking distance. The staff’s are very accommodating and made sure we had a smooth check-in process. They were also always ready to assist and answer any doubts. The room was great overall — it smelled fresh and pleasant upon entering and everything was in good working condition. While the rooms aren’t completely soundproof and you can occasionally hear things banging against the walls or people walking along the hallway, it was still a comfortable place to enjoy some alone time and get some work done. Overall, it was a pleasant stay ☺️”
